Zero In

Terms of use

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms are a draft and will be finalised before Zero In's public launch.

These terms are an agreement between you and Grebenniki Farm LLC, 1645 Anderson Creek Rd, Talent, OR, USA ("we", "us"), the publisher of the Zero In mobile app ("Zero In", "the app"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Not for emergencies or safety-critical timing

Zero In is a convenience tool. Do not use it for emergency services, medical timing (such as medication or treatment), or anything else where a late or missed alert could cause injury, illness, damage or loss. Never make Zero In the only alarm for anything important.

2. Alerts can be late or missed

Notifications are sent over the internet and delivered by Apple, Google and Expo. They depend on your network connection, on your phone's settings (silent mode, Do Not Disturb or Focus, battery saver, notification permission) and on those outside services. Alerts can arrive late, or not at all, and different people in the same timer may get them at different times. We don't guarantee that any alert will be delivered or delivered on time.

Zero In is meant for runs of minutes to hours. The longer a run lasts, the more likely a phone is to be offline, switched off or have its settings changed when the run ends, so don't rely on Zero In for runs that last days.

3. Sequences and tasks

Where the app offers sequences of runs with tasks between them, a sequence only moves on when someone marks a task done. Task times are estimates, not alarms. Over many hours, alerts are more likely to be missed when phones are offline, switched off or have notifications turned off, so the people involved should check the app.

4. Who can use Zero In

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

5. Your account

The app creates an anonymous account on your phone. The account lives on that phone: if you delete the app, reset or replace the phone, you may lose access to it, and we may not be able to restore it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. When you delete your account or leave a timer, timers you own pass to another member.

6. What you share

Timer, run and task names and your display name are seen by the other members of your timers, including on their lock screens. You keep any rights you have in what you write, and you give us permission to store it and show it to those members so the app can work.

You agree not to use Zero In to:

Members can report content and block people in the app. We may remove content, remove people from timers, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

7. Paid features

Some features may be free during the launch period and later become part of a paid Pro subscription. When Pro is offered, it is bought through the App Store or Google Play. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel it in your store account before the trial ends, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

8. Changes to the app

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering Zero In. If we stop the service we will try to give reasonable notice in the app.

9. No warranty

Zero In is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or always on time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss caused by a late, missed or incorrect alert. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zero In is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

11. Ending

You can stop using Zero In and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Zero In after a change, you accept the new terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to rely on its own consumer protections.
