Zero In

Zero In support

Zero In lets a group share named timers. When a timer runs out, everyone in it gets a notification.

Contact us

Email apps@grebenniki.farm. Tell us which phone you use (iPhone or Android) and what happened. We usually answer within a few working days.

To report abusive names or someone you don't know, use Report in the app (on a run's screen, or on a person or the timer in its Group screen). Reports come straight to us with the details we need.

Common questions

I didn't get a notification when a timer ended

Notifications travel over the internet through Apple or Google, so they can be late or missed. Check that:

Don't rely on Zero In for emergencies, safety-critical timing, or runs that last days, or for anything else where a missed alert could cause harm.

How does the "Time's up" alarm work?

When a run ends, everyone in it gets a "Time's up" alert with an alarm sound.

How do I share a timer?

Open the timer and tap Invite, then send the link however you like. The person installs Zero In and opens the link (or pastes it on the Join screen). Links expire after 7 days.

Someone I don't know is in my timer, or is sending me notifications

On the timer's Group screen you can mute the timer, leave it, or block a person so they can't add you to runs. The timer's owner can also remove members, and turn on Approve new members. Please report anything abusive.

Can I use Zero In on a new phone?

Not yet. Your account lives on the phone where you installed the app, so a new phone or a reinstall starts a new account. Ask a member of your timers for a new invite link. Signing in with Apple or Google is planned.

How do I hide timer names on my lock screen?

Open Settings in the app and turn on Hide details on lock screen. Notifications then just say "A timer ended", and the details are in the app.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see deleting your account.
