Delete your Zero In account

You can delete your Zero In account and its data at any time. Zero In is published by Grebenniki Farm LLC.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Zero In and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email apps@grebenniki.farm with the subject "Delete my Zero In account". Accounts are anonymous, so to find yours please include your display name and the names of one or more of your timers. We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (display name, time zone, language, settings).
• Your membership in every timer and active run.
• Your devices and push tokens, the people you blocked, and your requests to join timers.
• Your ID in past runs. Runs you started show "Deleted user".

What is kept

• Timers you created stay for their other members, with ownership passed to the longest-standing member, along with the timer and run names. A timer with no other members is deleted.
• Reports you sent or that were made about content you shared are kept as long as we need them to deal with abuse.
